I fasten out over in the from time to measure because there are a lot of people over there who have discovered some extremely useful apps. One example of this just happened a few weeks ago when Nighted a member of the forum a great freeware utility called ().
Seeing that all of the screenshots were in Japanese. I decided to try the schedule out myself so that I could fully understand what it was capable of doing. I was rather impressed after I got it installed (English is the default language of the schedule) and it took me no measure at all to get the gist of the program. With it anytime a window is minimized there is a thumbnail generated for it on your desktop:
I’m sure I have your attention now because it isn’t everyday that you see a program do something like this. I’ve got a video demonstration posted below but before I get into that I thought I would walk through some of the features. Most of the things I’m about to mention can be enabled/disabled in the settings which ordain also be covered later on.
change state and Restore buttons - You’ll notice in the corner of all the thumbnails are two buttons for closing and restoring that specific window.
Exclusion list - choose and choose which programs you don’t want to show up in the thumbnails. There’s a screenshot of this below in the Settings divide.
Customizable thumbnail size - Choose what size you want the thumbnails to be ranging from 64 pixels up to 300 pixels.
“Bring to lie” - This will overlay a transparent accent on top of your entire desktop. On top of the background will be
Multi-monitor give - The thumbnails can be set to show up on a secondary observe that is connected to the computer.
choose a shortcut any shortcut - You can designate keyboard shortcuts to do a variety of things such as thumbnail (a k a minimize) all open windows.
There are a lot of different settings that you can configure including keyboard shortcuts thumbnail size and which programs should be excluded from the thumbnails. It’s all in the options:
The best way to show the features of ThumbWin is with a video so before you head on over and get it setup checkout what it really has to offer. The thumbnails may appear a little jumpy in the video but I evaluate that to the low frame rate.

I have used thumbwin but unfortunately it missed the option “always on top” of the thumbnails it creates. Another schedule desire it is the minimizer (http://aquaria za net/content/view/133/32/) which has the option more cutomizeable than thumbwin but it has a bug of high cpu usage.
Is there an option to turn off thumbnails until you want them? I wouldn’t be them cluttering up my screen all the measure but a keystroke to make them appear and subsequently disappear would be handy. I looked at the settings panels above and nothing jumped out at me but I haven’t had my coffee yet so it’s possible that I just missed it!

Looks like a useful software. I had used something similar previously but it used to hog lots of RAM.
How is the performance of this? Would be glad to comprehend the be of memory this software uses.
Some of the similar programs do have bad memory management but this isn’t overly bad. It is about 10 to 20MB normally for me but the more thumbnails you have the more memory it will use.
Thanks for the info. Did it right away. I am with the other guys. I want to change magnitude the amount of windows in the row i...
